Even when your website project is complete, we are still here to help.  Below are links to our support tools designed to help you learn to get the best out of your website and our other services.

AfterCare

 

AfterCarebusiness-print-uk-aftercare-logo is our sister site for support and business printing.  We have put our help tools into our AfterCare pages, which are full of information to help you get the most from your website and other services we are providing.

Website Content Writing Form – we use this form to gather the website content from you.  This helps us to make sure we have the right content to add to the new website project.  It also helps you learn how to create good content.

Blog Post Content Writing Form – we use this form for you to upload your articles, thereby helping you learn how to write your blog posts.  Once uploaded we will check them, and give any feedback until we are happy you are preparing them correctly.

eCommerce Projects – as well as the eCommerce projects content form itself, this section incudes a guide to planning an online shop.  There is also a ‘Help Notes’ section to assist you with completing the form.

Training Website – this is our ‘dummy’ website where you can practice using your new CMS system even before your site is completed.  Best of all is that you can’t break anything.

As well as our AfterCare pages, we also offer a full support ticket system to help us communicate with each other in the most efficient way.
