We have put most of our help, support and general information on our sister site AfterCare.

AfterCare is an extension of our online print shop and is a private site dedicated to helping our clients, even when your website project is complete.  Below are links to the various parts of the AfterCare site that you will find useful.  We are also keen to help you learn how to get the best out of your website and our other services.

Training Website – this is our ‘dummy’ website where you can practice using your new CMS system even before your site is completed.  Best of all is that you can’t break anything.

Website Content Writing Form – we use this form to gather the website content from you.  This helps us to make sure we have the right content to add to the new website project.  It also helps you learn how to create good content.

eCommerce Projects – as well as the eCommerce projects content form itself, this section incudes a guide to planning an online shop.  There is also a ‘Help Notes’ section to assist you with completing the form.

Blog Post Content Writing Form – we use this form for you to upload your articles, thereby helping you learn how to write your blog posts.  Once uploaded we will check them, and give any feedback until we are happy you are preparing them correctly.

As well as our AfterCare pages, we also offer a full support ticket system to help us communicate with each other in the most efficient way.

The portal also incudes our Knowledge Base Articles which have been written to guide you through some of the common subjects associated with managing your website.  We aim to answer many of your questions there and will be adding new articles.
